offer a variety of fitness, sports and enrichment classes that include child care, climbing walls, personal training, running, swimming & aquatics, dance, tumbling, gymnastics, archery, batting cage, Pilates, T’ai Chi, Yoga, hunter education, CPR & first aid, babysitting classes, etc; Competitive team sports: midget football, youth basketball, volleyball, tennis, track, softball, wrestling, lacrosse, golf, and T-ball; Offer sports camps for soccer, baseball, mini-hawk, roller hockey, flag football, lacrosse, cheerleading, etc. Most also offer classes in painting, fiber, pottery and other "enrichment" opportunities.

Beyond a full array of sports activities and seminars at two recreation centers and the Lakehouse, EPRD also organizes moderate to difficult hikes at various locations beyond Evergreen.


Foothills Parks & Rec District

Manage 69 park sites totaling 2,257 acres with miles of trails including Chatfield Nature Preserve and Clement Park. Foothills facility centers: Columbine West Pool, Edge Ice Arena, Foothills Golf Course, Lilly Gulch Pool & center, Meadows Golf Club, Peak Community and Wellness Center, Ridge Rec, Schaefer Athletic Complex, Sixth Avenue West Pool.


Prospect Rec & Park District

Maintains Applewood, Maple Grove, Arapahoe, Coors Tech Center, Fairmount, Crestview, Prospect, and Tangelwood parks, which include ball fields, horse arenas, picnic shelters, and Arbor House community building. Residents pay a group rate to participate in North JeffCo District programs.
