June 14: 94th American Flag Raising

The Peace Pipe Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution have presented a new American Flag at Denver’s Genesee Park every Flag Day since 1911. Ceremony is performed by George Washington High School Junior ROTC members at 11 am. Participants bring a dish of choice for eight people to share a pot luck at Christies of Genesee in the Town Center.
